Emma

Kyle

Emma was welcomed into our home at the age of 8 weeks. As an owner of boxers for the past 30 years I was well aware of their infamous behavior “problems”including but not limited to jumping up on everyone within striking distance, usually knocking them to the ground, relentlessly chasing cats and other animals of interest, selective hearing, counter surfing, out of control behavior and intimidation techniques.

But their well known courage, affection and loyalty again outweighed the negative behavior and I could not resist the temptation to get another puppy. I knew there had to be a better method of training, as I was already well acquainted with those methods that were either unsuccessful or partly worked . I wanted to have a training plan in place before Emma’s arrival and before she became another boxer statistic.

Vancouver Puppy TrainingLuckily I found Jeff. I thought that anyone that had a picture of a boxer on his van coupled with obedience advertising must be at the very least confident (or crazy) and hopefully successful. The confidence and success proved to be very true. He arrived only 2 days after we got Emma and the puppy training started.

His soft manner together with his true love of dogs immediately impressed me. He helped us to work with Emma which proved to be extremely beneficial and made the transition to park training effortless and fun. This was the first time I had embarked on puppy training and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Burnaby Dog Training

Within a few weeks Emma was walking off leash, obeying commands and above all eagerly awaiting her park sessions. His consistent and calm manner coupled with his positive reinforcement proved to be a winning combination.

Port Moody Dog TrainingI would never have believed that Emma would be trained at the age of 5 months. My husband stands humbled at the transformation.

As a direct result Emma never had the chance to be a “problem dog” and I have no hesitation in taking her anywhere off leash. Our walks are fun and carefree and people never fail to comment on how well behaved she is.

What I really enjoy is that the training is for life and at any time I can take her to a park session where she can socialize with other dogs without any worry or hesitation.

She loves to go and I love to take her – a good combination. Jeff has always been available and easily accessible to answer any questions and his instruction and methods are amazingly successful. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Maple Ridge Dog TrainingThank you Jeff for affording me the opportunity to learn your methods and for training me to train Emma.
